Overall, employee satisfaction at xalution is a good quarter above the industry average in the field of management consulting. Thus, xalution also receives the kununu Top Company Seal 2022 and is among the 5 percent of the most popular employers on the platform.
Internal code of conduct as a basis for entrepreneurial success
For the employer ranking, around 950,000 companies and their evaluation by employees on Kununu had previously been analyzed. The xalution founders Eike Fischer and Tobias Endl are very happy about the result and see it as a confirmation of the philosophy that has characterized the company from the beginning: Purpose Driven Leadership. For us, this means: fact-oriented decisions that follow an internal code of conduct. This includes integrity, credibility, team spirit, courtesy, quality and competence.
