The entire xalution team, from various corners of Europe (CZ, PL, CH, DE), recently met in the beautiful surroundings of Milevsko, Czech Republic.
Since our foundation, we at xalution have been living a pronounced remote work culture, which offers our team members maximum flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. At the same time, we are aware of how significant personal interactions and encounters in “real life” are. To promote this valuable exchange, our team summits take place regularly. Time and again, we experience how these strengthen the togetherness and community within the team and how – almost incidentally – innovative ideas emerge from them, which are not only important for our customers, but also enable us to face challenges together, develop new ways of thinking and continuously develop our skills.
