xalution entwickelt gemeinsam mit Odlo und Griesser konkrete KI Agenten f\u00fcr Dynamics 365<\/span><\/h2>\n

Wie lassen sich KI Agenten sinnvoll in reale ERP Prozesse integrieren? Nicht als theoretisches Zukunftsszenario, sondern als konkrete L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr manuelle, repetitive und zeitaufwendige Aufgaben<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Genau darum ging es beim Agentic ERP Hackathon<\/strong> von Microsoft <\/strong>am 7. und 8. Juli 2026<\/strong>. F\u00fcnf Kunden und vier ausgew\u00e4hlte Microsoft Partner arbeiteten w\u00e4hrend zwei Tagen an konkreten Anwendungsszenarien rund um Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance und Supply Chain Management.<\/p>\n

xalution nahm gemeinsam mit gleich zwei Kunden teil: Odlo<\/strong> und Griesser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ein neuer Pop up Store in wenigen Minuten<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Odlo<\/strong> er\u00f6ffnet regelm\u00e4ssig neue Pop up Stores. Die Einrichtung eines neuen Stores in Dynamics 365 Finance und Supply Chain Management ist jedoch mit erheblichem manuellem Aufwand verbunden.<\/p>\n

Stammdaten m\u00fcssen angelegt, Konfigurationen vorgenommen und verschiedene Prozessschritte korrekt ausgef\u00fchrt werden. Bis ein neuer Store vollst\u00e4ndig eingerichtet ist, dauert es normalerweise ein bis zwei Tage.<\/p>\n

Gemeinsam mit Odlo entwickelte das xalution Team w\u00e4hrend des Hackathons einen Agenten, der diese Aufgabe aus wenigen zentralen Angaben \u00fcbernimmt. Der Agent erstellt daraus einen vollst\u00e4ndigen neuen Store direkt in Dynamics 365.<\/p>\n

Damit konnte der bisherige Prozess von ein bis zwei Tagen auf wenige Minuten verk\u00fcrzt werden.<\/p>\n

Der Pop up Store Creation Agent<\/strong> \u00fcberzeugte auch die Jury. Das gemeinsame Team von Odlo und xalution gewann mit seinem Szenario den Hackathon.<\/p>\n

Das Ergebnis zeigt, welches Potenzial in klar abgegrenzten und h\u00e4ufig wiederkehrenden ERP Prozessen<\/strong> liegt. Gerade dort, wo Mitarbeitende heute Informationen aus verschiedenen Quellen zusammentragen und dieselben Arbeitsschritte immer wieder manuell ausf\u00fchren, k\u00f6nnen Agenten einen unmittelbar erkennbaren Nutzen schaffen.<\/p>\n

Stammdatenfehler erkennen, bevor sie Folgen haben<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Gemeinsam mit Griesser<\/strong> arbeitete xalution an einem zweiten Szenario. Im Mittelpunkt stand nicht die Geschwindigkeit eines Prozesses, sondern die Qualit\u00e4t der Stammdaten.<\/p>\n

Fehlerhafte L\u00e4ndercodes oder unterschiedliche Schreibweisen k\u00f6nnen auf den ersten Blick unbedeutend wirken. H\u00e4ufig werden solche Abweichungen erst dann sichtbar, wenn sie Auswertungen, Integrationen oder nachgelagerte Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/p>\n

Der gemeinsam entwickelte Agent analysiert Stammdaten, erkennt m\u00f6gliche Fehler und schl\u00e4gt passende Korrekturen vor. Die Entscheidung \u00fcber die tats\u00e4chliche Anpassung bleibt beim Menschen.<\/p>\n

Dieses Szenario zeigt eine weitere St\u00e4rke von Agentic ERP. Agenten k\u00f6nnen nicht nur Arbeitsschritte beschleunigen. Sie k\u00f6nnen Mitarbeitende auch dabei unterst\u00fctzen, Probleme fr\u00fcher zu erkennen<\/strong> und fundiertere<\/strong> Entscheidungen<\/strong> zu treffen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Vom Hackathon Prototyp zur produktiven L\u00f6sung<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die beiden Szenarien hatten am Ende des Hackathons einen unterschiedlichen Reifegrad. W\u00e4hrend der Agent f\u00fcr Odlo bereits einen vollst\u00e4ndigen Store anlegen konnte, konzentrierte sich das Szenario von Griesser auf die Erkennung von Fehlern und die Empfehlung geeigneter Korrekturen.<\/p>\n

Ein funktionierender Prototyp ist jedoch noch keine produktive Unternehmensl\u00f6sung. Vor einem Einsatz im Tagesgesch\u00e4ft m\u00fcssen unter anderem Berechtigungen, Datenqualit\u00e4t, Kontrollmechanismen, Fehlerbehandlung und die sichere Ausf\u00fchrung im ERP gekl\u00e4rt werden.<\/p>\n

Gerade bei gesch\u00e4ftskritischen Prozessen muss klar definiert sein, welche Schritte ein Agent selbstst\u00e4ndig ausf\u00fchren darf und an welchen Stellen eine menschliche Pr\u00fcfung erforderlich ist.<\/p>\n

Der Hackathon hat dennoch deutlich gemacht, wie schnell aus einer konkreten Prozessidee ein funktionierender Agent entstehen kann, wenn Fachwissen aus dem Unternehmen, Prozessverst\u00e4ndnis und technische Dynamics 365 Kompetenz zusammenkommen.<\/p>\n

Agentic ERP beginnt mit dem richtigen Anwendungsfall<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nicht jeder Prozess ben\u00f6tigt einen Agenten. Besonders geeignet sind klar abgegrenzte Aufgaben, die heute viel manuelle Arbeit verursachen, regelm\u00e4\u00dfig wiederkehren und auf vorhandenen Daten sowie nachvollziehbaren Regeln basieren.<\/p>\n

Der beste Einstieg ist deshalb nicht die Frage, wo \u00fcberall KI eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnte. Entscheidend ist, an welcher Stelle im Unternehmen heute Zeit verloren geht, Fehler entstehen oder Mitarbeitende immer wieder dieselben Informationen zusammentragen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n
