Die bisher geltenden l\u00e4nderspezifischen Lieferschwellen f\u00fcr die Verpflichtung zur Mehrwertsteuermeldung in den EU L\u00e4ndern werden ab dem 1. Juli 2021 abgeschafft und durch eine EU-weite Mindestschwelle von 10.000 \u20ac ersetzt. Unternehmen, die bisher den Aufwand gescheut haben, europaweit ihre Ware zu vertreiben, k\u00f6nnen diese neue Regelung auch als Chance nutzen. <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Bislang galt, dass die Umsatzsteuer aus dem Verkauf von Waren an Privatpersonen in der Europ\u00e4ischen Union in dem jeweiligen EU-Mitgliedstaat abgef\u00fchrt werden muss, in dem die verkaufte Ware ankommt oder verbraucht wird. Daf\u00fcr m\u00fcssen sich Unternehmen in jedem EU-Staat registrieren. Pro Land gab es eine Lieferschwelle, die in der Regel bei 10.000\u20ac lag. Ab Juli 2021 gibt es dann nur noch eine Lieferschwelle von 10.000 f\u00fcr die gesamte EU.<\/p>\n

Einmal registrieren und Waren in der ganzen EU verkaufen <\/strong><\/h4>\n

H\u00e4ndler erhalten ab dem Fr\u00fchsommer 2021 die M\u00f6glichkeit die Mehrwertsteuer zentral, \u00fcber den Sitzstaat, z.B. Deutschland, \u00fcber den sog. One-Stop-Shop in den EU-Mitgliedstaaten zu melden und abzuf\u00fchren. Dazu soll die Finanzverwaltung eine Technologie zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen, \u00fcber die sie die Ums\u00e4tze zentral melden und auch die Umsatzsteuer zentral abf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen \u2013 den sogenannten One-Stop-Shop, der als einzige Anlaufstelle dienen wird.<\/p>\n

Der Vorteil daran ist, es bietet Unternehmen und H\u00e4ndlern die M\u00f6glichkeit europaweit aktiv zu werden. Hierzu ist es erforderlich, sich nur einmal zu registrieren.<\/p>\n
