Das Ergebnis: eine App f\u00fcr professionelle und reibungslose Krisenkommunikation zu Mitarbeitern und anderen Teams. Wir haben sie selbst seit einer Woche im Einsatz \u2013 und sind begeistert. Thank you, Microsoft!<\/h4>\n<p>In Zeiten, in denen vermehrt im Home Office gearbeitet wird, spielen Kollaborationstools wie Microsoft Teams eine wichtige Rolle. Die aktuelle Corona-Krise erfordert aber noch mehr \u2013 n\u00e4mlich Tools, die eine besonders schnelle Informationsverbreitung an das Mitarbeiterteam erm\u00f6glichen \u2013 gespeist aus unterschiedlichsten Informationsquellen.<br \/>\nDaf\u00fcr hat Microsoft nun eine spezielle App zur Krisenkommunikation entwickelt. Die L\u00f6sung kombiniert Funktionen von MS Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams und Sharepoint. Sie kann im Web, mobil oder in MS Teams eingesetzt werden. Sie ist bereits in hunderten von Unternehmen weltweit im Einsatz.<\/p>\n<h5>Das Prinzip chronologisch dargestellt:<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Aufbau einer MS SharePoint Seite \u2013 sie bildet die Basis und prim\u00e4re Datenquelle und ist wie ein Dashboard aufgebaut, auf dem alle Mitarbeiter mit ihrem aktuellen Arbeitsstatus (Office \/ Home Office \/ abwesend) angezeigt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Aufbau eines Teams mit Hilfe von MS Teams (bis Jahresende kostenlos)<\/li>\n<li>Installieren der MS App f\u00fcr Krisenkommunikation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mit Hilfe der App k\u00f6nnen Sie an Ihr Team schnell interne Unternehmensnachrichten senden, h\u00e4ufig gestellte Fragen beantworten und Ihren Mitarbeitern Zugriff auf wichtige Informationen wie Lins und Notfallkontakte erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<h5>Die wichtigsten Funktionen auf einen Blick:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Mitarbeiter k\u00f6nnen ihren Arbeitsstatus melden und Anfragen stellen<\/li>\n<li>Admins k\u00f6nnen Nachrichten, Updates und Informationen pushen<\/li>\n<li>Integrationsm\u00f6glichkeit von RSS-Feeds mit aktuellen Informationen aus seri\u00f6sen Quellen wie der WHO, dem Robert-Koch-Institut oder einer lokalen Beh\u00f6rde<\/li>\n<li>Ein in jede Website integrierbarer Chat-Bot unterst\u00fctzt Informationssuchende durch schnelles Anzeigen der Wunschinfo auf einer Chat-Oberfl\u00e4che<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Praktisch: Das Dashboard-Template \u2013 das nat\u00fcrlich an Unternehmensspezifika angepasst werden kann \u2013 zeigt nicht nur eine Spalte mit dem Aktionsplan mit einzelnen Jobs bzw. Ma\u00dfnahmenschritten zum Krisenmanagement auf. Daneben sind zwei weitere Spalten vorgesehen \u2013 f\u00fcr Ma\u00dfnahmen die die Auswirkungen auf das Gesch\u00e4ft darstellen und mildern sollen sowie f\u00fcr die einzelnen Schritte einer Risikoanalyse.<\/p>\n<h5>Wie nutzt man die MS-App f\u00fcr Krisenkommunikation?<\/h5>\n<p>Ben\u00f6tigt wird eine Lizenz f\u00fcr Microsoft Power Apps und f\u00fcr Microsoft SharePoint, die Nutzung von Microsoft Teams ist derzeit kostenlos. Au\u00dferdem wird zur Nutzung der Power Apps Push-Benachrichtigungsfunktion f\u00fcr die Dauer der Corona-Krise keine Premium-Lizenz ben\u00f6tigt.
